The entire team was warm, friendly, professional and detailed. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in medical care. I have worked in customer service much of my career and spent close to 15 years in quality and the customer experience. I really try not to have my customer service hat on when I’m not at work. "With five different children having anaphylactic food allergy issues and myself I've been to a great number of allergists . None compare to Dr Jain and his staff at Columbia Allergy and Asthma. Both in their effort to make sure you're well and to get you in right after being hospitalized without sometimes so much as a couple hours wait to the kindness and courteousness of their staff and Dr Jains understanding and mastery of issues, options, both preventative and treating what's in progress and even the newest medications dealing with allergies honestly are without compare. Hes honestly one of the most kind and gentle and caring doctors I've ever come across . He truly listens to his patients."

"I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of care I received at the initial visit. The allergist was incredibly thorough and informative. She confirmed my diagnosis of MCAS and cited the blood tests that indicate mast cell, where most other doctors haven't heard of the condition. She identified a plan of action to do food and environmental allergy testing, and to consider speaking with an ENT. I was anxious going into the appointment due to past medical trauma and doctors downplaying symptoms, but that did not happen here. I was listened to and taken seriously. I'm looking forward to continuing care with Columbia Asthma & Allergy."

"Important PSA for those frustrated with not being able to reach anyone: keep trying, it's worth it. You might also try walking in to the clinic to book. This is the first allergy clinic where the PAs have actually listened to my concerns and tested me for what I've asked for... I finally feel closer to getting some kind of answers. Every staff person I've interacted with has been very friendly and knowledgeable."

"The Dr. and staff here are wonderful. I felt valued as a patient and respected as a person. A simple test confirmed a diagnosis of Asthma on top of my allergies. Dr. Cynthie is very professional yet friendly. I felt I was with a good friend. We tested for over 160 allergens with blood tests and skin tests. Allergy testing is not very comfortable, but the nurse was quick and efficient."

"This overworked staff does everything in their power to help you. Shot management is routine for them. But if you have a much bigger issue, like MCAS, this is the place to get help. Dr. Jain is a leader among immunologists. He has creative solutions to all of our wacky symptoms and he cares about his patients health with all of who he is.
